1. Wet your hair.
2. Lather a quarter-size amount onto your scalp and down through the stand.
3. Massage scalp thoroughly with fingers for 1-2 minutes to allow actives to absorb.
4. Rinse out conditioner until water runs clear.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Shipping Times

We ship both domestically (USA) and internationally! For domestic orders, once your order is produced, packages can take between 2 to 4 days to arrive in your hands from our production facility in Miami. For international orders, packages take up to 20 business days to arrive.

How much is shipping?

For our US customers, the shipping cost depends on the destination and how many items of the order. 

Can I change the destination country on my order?

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. Cancellation Policy Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
